Delivery

• Products can be delivered to mainland UK addresses with some exceptions (such as remote locations and delivery to offshore addresses).
• Please check for any delivery restrictions before you place your order. You can contact our customer service team by telephone on 0333 242 0450
• FREE delivery on all orders over £150.
• We deliver Monday - Friday, between 7 am and 7 pm.

Any variation to web lead time given will be advised to you by email or telephone. If we are unable to make a delivery because access is not possible, we reserve the right to make a failed delivery charge.

All of our delivery charges are based on the customer being available to accept the goods. This includes the ability or willingness to manually offload the goods.

Please note that any order received after midday on a Friday (along with any order received over a weekend) will be processed on a Monday. All of our estimated delivery times are therefore based on a 5-day working week so please bare this in mind when ordering.

Accepting Your Delivery

Please check your goods thoroughly before signing for them.

Orders signed for “unchecked” will be deemed to have been received in good condition.

As soon as the order has been delivered to your requested delivery address, the risk of any damage or loss passes to you.
